It is with great sadness that I have to let you know that two of our teachers will be moving to different schools in January 2023.

Mr McCrudden will begin a new job just down the road at Mersey Drive in the new term. He has made an enormous difference to the lives of all the children he has taught at Hollins Grundy during his time here as well as contributions to the wider school community in his role as SENCO, football team manager, walking bus leader and in many other ways.

Miss Allen will also be leaving to start a teaching job back in her home county of Leicestershire. She has also made an incredibly positive impact to the lives of the children she has taught, particularly in the role she played in setting up our remote teaching during lockdown.

Both teachers will be greatly missed and I’m sure that you will join me in wishing them both all the best in their future lives and careers.
