We are all deeply concerned for the plight of families in Ukraine who have been displaced and made homeless by the war in their country. A delivery of aid is being organized by Bury Polish club which will be dispatched at the weekend and we would very much like to contribute to this.

A table will be set up outside the school gates tomorrow and Friday morning so that donations can be quickly collected and taken to the right place. Please contribute what you can to this worthy cause.

What is needed most is blankets, sleeping bags, nappies, sanitary products (inc. soap, shower gel, toothpaste etc), colouring books and crayons & coloured pencils. Many clothes have already been donated so please don’t send clothes.

Please note that the aid cannot include medicines, food or baby/milk powder.
